Thank you, Oberhausen

Last weekend was the last Retro Show of the pre-summer season with a relatively closeby trip to Oberhausen.  Jens and the RetroBoerse crew have found a location that can be called beyond epic with the Zentrum Altenberg – an old zinc-factory now turned industrial museum site.

After having set up the shop while going for the “before we open” bathroom break I had a peek outside and what the hell. A line waiting all across the street for as far as you could see.

During the show a lot of MVS carts found a new home and a lot of explanation was done on how to build your own arcade cabinet.

We’ll be back at Oberhausen next year – I hope all the nice people will too.  If you cannot wait that long, on saturday november 10th there is a RetroBoerse in Bochum, not so far away from Oberhausen.
